摘要
社会工作师考试是台湾专门职业及技术人员高等考试中的一种,文章重点介绍了台湾社会工作师考试的相关制度,包括其考试资格、考试科目、题型、成绩计算及录取标准等,在此基础上,简单归纳出了该项考试的特点。同时,也对该项考试的实施原因进行了简要分析,指出该项考试的实施主要是社会工作行业制度、社会发展需求、相关福利待遇等多种因素的综合作用使然。
Social worker examination is one of the higher examinations for profession and technical personnel in Taiwan. The paper emphasizes the relative mechanisms of social worker, including the signing conditions, subjects, testing types, method of calculating results and admission criteria. On that basis, the paper makes a brief generalization toward the characteristics of this examination. Moreover, the paper further analyses its implementing reasons and points that it was multi-factors （industry systems, social needs and welfare benefits） that attributed to developing the current social worker examination.
