摘要
采用临时吊杆法对混凝土系杆拱桥吊杆进行更换,首先将旧吊杆索力转移到临时吊杆上,割断旧吊杆钢丝,卸除旧吊杆,然后装上新吊杆,将临时吊杆力转移到新吊杆上,锚固新吊杆,实现吊杆更换。结合混凝土系杆拱桥的吊杆更换工程,总结了临时吊杆法进行吊杆更换的施工原则、施工工艺、监控内容和评估方法,指出了临时吊杆法是一种安全、高效和经济的吊杆更换方法。
The suspenders of a tied arch bridge are replaced with temporary suspenders.Firstly,the load borne by an old suspender is transferred to the temporary suspenders and the old strands are cut off in batches until the old suspender is removed.Secondly,a new suspender is installed and the loads on the temporary suspenders are transferred to the new one gradually.Finally,the new suspender is anchored and the replacement is completed.The construction principles and construction technology with temporary suspenders are summarized combined with a suspender replacement engineering as well as the monitoring content and evaluation method.The method is safe,high efficient and economical to replace the concrete tied arch bridge suspenders.
