摘要
详述了在设计非圆曲线零件淬火机床过程中应用运动控制卡实现恒速运动的控制方法。通过设置运动参数,控制程序按照恒速运动数学模型计算,运动控制卡输出脉冲信号分别控制两轴并实现联动,达到零件轮廓相对于淬火机床感应器恒速运动的目的。以偏心轮零件为试件进行运动测试,恒速误差在3%以内,可达到工件的热处理要求,为淬火机床实际应用提供可靠依据。
This paper described the non-circular curve parts in the design process of quenching machine tool used movement control CARDS realize constant speed movement of the control method. By setting the motion parameters, control program according to the constant speed motion mathematical model calculation, movement control CARDS output pulse signal control two axis and realize respectively, reach parts outline linkage of relative to the quenching machine tool sensor constant speed purpose of sports. With eccentric exercise test specimens parts as in 3%, constant speed error within the workpiece, can achieve request, for quenching machine tool heat provide reliable basis for practical application.
