Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、NO与ET的水平变化及临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)水平及其临床意义。方法:采用相关试剂盒,按其说明书检测93例2型糖尿病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、NO与ET水平。结果:单纯糖尿病组(SDM组)、隐性糖尿病肾病组(IDN组)、显性糖尿病肾病组(ODN组)IL-6、TNF-α与ET水平较对照组明显升高,其中ODN组最高(P<0.01)。SDM组、IDN组、ODN组NO较对照组明显减少(P<0.01),其中ODN组最少。IL-6与UAER、TNF-α、ET均成正相关,NO与IL-6、TNF-α呈负相关。结论:IL-6、TNF-α、NO与ET可能参与2型糖尿病肾病的发病及病理变化过程,检测患者IL-6、TNF-α、NO与ET水平可作为判断预后、指导治疗的指标。
