热压罐工艺环境对于先进复合材料框架式成型模具温度场的影响 被引量:26

摘要 热压罐固化工艺过程中的模具温度分布对于先进复合材料成形质量影响很大。本文在之前相关文献研究的基础上,对模具温度场分布的工艺环境因素作了进一步的研究。结果表明,工艺环境因素中,风速、升降温速率对于模具型面温差影响显著,而模具在罐内的摆放位置则对模具型面温度场温差影响很小。 In autoclave curing process,mould temperature distribution is one of the most important factors for impact manufacturing quality of advanced composites.On the basis of previous researches,this work studied the environmental factors of mould temperature distribution.The result shows that among the technical environmental factors,wind speed,heating rate and cooling rate influence the mould profile temperature difference significantly,while the location of mould placed in the autoclave have rather small influence on the mould profile temperature difference.
