摘要
目的:研究存在不良读写姿势时产生的视角偏斜对主导眼及近视发展的影响。方法:75例近视儿童,分为视角向右偏斜组、向左偏组及正常对照组,卡洞法判别双眼中的主导眼,分析组间主导眼眼别与近视程度较高眼间存在的差异。结果:35例存在不良读写姿势的近视儿童中30例为右眼主导眼,34例右眼近视程度(等效球镜)高于左眼;而38例无不良读写姿势近视儿童中26例为右眼主导眼;26例双眼近视程度无显著差异,10例右眼近视程度高于左眼,2例左眼近视程度高于右眼。无儿童出现视角向左偏斜。2例儿童主导眼无法判断。结论:读写中存在视角向右偏斜的儿童更倾向于选择右眼为主导眼,并且普遍右眼近视程度高。
Objective:To study the influence of visual angle toward right to dominant ocular and myopia when incorrect read-write position.Methods: Seventy-five myopia children were divided into visual angle toward right group and normal group,the author used hole-in-card method to measure dominant ocular,statistical analysis the difference between these two groups about dominant ocular and deeper myopia ocular.Results: Thirty children were right dominant ocular in 35 children of visaul angle toward right group.The myopia in right ocular were deeper than left ocular in 34 ones,and meanwhile,26 children were right dominant ocular in 38 children of normal group,myopia in right ocular were deeper than left ocular in 10 ones and myopia in left ocular were deeper than right ocular in 2 ones.Conclusions: The children of visual angle toward right in read-write position are more inclined to choose right ocular as dominant ocular,right ocular is generally deeper myopia than left ocular.
