摘要
针对矩形波导TE10模的特点,为了提高电磁设计性能,设计出矩形波导TE10模的仿真模型。本文首先根据电磁场传播理论,采用直角坐标系分析对无源自由空间电场和磁场采用矢量亥姆霍茨方程分析,得出矩形波导中传输模式及其场分布,然后分析了矩形波导中传输模式的纵向传输特性,最后利用HFSS软件对矩形波导TE10模的场结构进行三维空间分布动态仿真,得出具有极化方向固定且稳定,与窄边尺寸无关并且要求矩形波导宽边尺寸最小。
based on the characteristics of a rectangular waveguide TE10 mode,in order to improve the design performance,design the electromagnetic rectangular waveguide TE10 model simulation model.In this paper,the electromagnetic field theory spread right Angle coordinate system analysis by space without from electric field and magnetic field by using the vector's hai's equation analysis,it is concluded that the transmission of a rectangular waveguide mode and the field distribution,and then analyzes the transmission of a rectangular waveguide mode of transmission characteristics,finally,using the longitudinal HFSS software to TE10 die of a rectangular waveguide field structure for 3D space distribution dynamic simulation,has drawn the polarization direction fixed and stable,and narrow side size and demand has a rectangular waveguide wide side minimum size.
