摘要
本文采用高速全流场显示技术和动态应变式测力系统相结合研究了绕圆盘空化器通气空化流动发展过程和动力特性,讨论了通气量对空化流场形态和阻力的影响。结果表明:随着雷诺数增加,绕空化器的通气空化流场经历了初生空化、带状空化、团状空化,阻力系数不断减小,未发生自然空化时,减阻效果明显;随着通气量增加,绕空化器通气空化流场出现了半透明空化和透明的超空化,阻力系数呈现增大的趋势,且增大梯度随通气量增加而增大。
Ventilation cavitation flow around a disc cavitator and its drag characteristics were experimentally studied by applying the combinant technologies of high speed visualization and strain-electronic measuring technology.The effects of ventilation on cavitation flow and drag are discussed systematically.The results show that there are three phases of incipient cavitation,band cavitation and grouping cavitation in ventilation cavitating flow regimes,and the drag coefficient of the disc cavitator decreases significantly with the increase of Reynolds number.Before the cavitation appears,the effect of drag reduce is obvious.With the increase of the ventilation,the transparent super-cavitation appears in ventilation cavitation flow around a disc cavitator,and the drag coefficient increases gradually.The increasing gradients are consistent with the increase of the ventilation.
