摘要
分析了聚能装药外罩对内罩的加速作用,用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN模拟射流的形成,找到形成射流和杵体的几何材料分界,以在药型罩分界线两侧分别设计2种不同金属材料。比较不同药型罩组合射流伸长到2CD(2倍炸高)时射流的连续性和头部速度,发现当内外层材料密度相当时,射流连续性变化不大;当外罩比内罩的声阻抗小时,射流头部速度增大,且射流头部速度随声阻抗差的增大而变大。
The acceleration effect by outer-liner to inner-liner of shaped charge was analyzed, the nonlinear dynamics analysis software AUTODYN was used to simulated the formation process of shaped charge jetting and to find the partition contour of jetting and slugging in the liner, so as to separately filled two different metallic materials into the two part. While the jet stretches to 2CD( two times of blast height) ,comparing the coherence and the velocity at 2CD of the jet, we find that when the inner and outer liner materials acoustic impedance is quite, the coherence of the jet just change a little;and when the acoustic impedance of outer liner is smaller to the inner liner, the tip-velocity will become higher, and the larger the difference of acoustic impedance, the greater the jet-tip velocity.
