摘要
在综合分析国内外农业面源污染有关控制技术及其BMPs体系的基础上,结合上海市地方特点及区域农业面源污染特征,建立了农业面源污染滨岸缓冲带控制技术BMPs体系,主要包括:缓冲带布局,细化设计,施工建设,养护与管理,以及与之配合实施的前置工程性BMPs措施,并提供了一种基于水环境功能目标的不同坡度、不同草皮缓冲带的最佳宽度确定方法。并对农业面源污染滨岸缓冲带控制技术BMPs体系还需继续深入研究的问题提出了相关建议。
Based on comprehensive analysis for the control measures and relevant BMPs system of agricultural non-point source pollution control technology at home and abroad,combining with local features and characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution in Shanghai,BMPs system on riparian buffer for agricultural non-point source pollution control was established,including the layout of buffer zone,detailed design,construction,maintenance and management,as well as associated pre-engineer BMPs measures.The methods to determine the optimal width for different slope and grass buffer strips based on different environmental functions were also proposed.The problem needs further deep study in BMPs system on riparian buffer for agricultural non-point source pollution control was also put forward.
