某高层建筑高大悬挑模板支模结构设计 被引量:3

摘要 某高层建筑,高度为39.30m,框架梁悬挑3.55m。悬挑梁断面尺寸400mm×700mm,现浇板厚120mm,属于高大悬挑模板支撑。通过对扣件式钢管脚手架方案、悬挑工字钢梁方案、悬挑钢桁架结构方案、悬挑网架结构方案的比较,采用悬挑多层网架结构方案。经过网架结构的建模、分析、设计及施工,取得良好的效果,可为今后高大悬挑模板支撑的设计施工提供借鉴。 A high-rise building is supported by tall and cantilevered formwork, which can be as high as 39.30 meters. The framework of the cantilever beam must be 3.55 meter long, and the cantilevered beam sections are 400 mm× 700 mm and slab thickness is 120 mm; The plan of the multilayer cantilevered steel grid structure has been selected through the comparisons between the plan of the fastener style steel pipe scaffolding,the cantilever I- beam, the cantilevered steel truss and the cantilevered steel grid structure. A good results have been achieved by modeling, analysis, design and construction. These achievements can be a reference for future design and construction of tall and cantilevered formwork.
