摘要
随着新农村文化建设的开展,乡镇图书馆获得一定发展,但是近年来却因各种原因,遭遇发展瓶颈。阐述了乡镇图书馆可持续发展是新农村文化建设的需要,指出了大学生村官政策是乡镇图书馆可持续发展的机遇,分析了大学生村官在乡镇图书馆发展中的重要作用。
