摘要
目的:观察冠心病患者中氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林负荷给药的临床疗效。方法:将160例冠心病患者随机分为两组。治疗组80例予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林口服治疗。对照组80例予单独采用阿司匹林口服治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后进行临床疗效及心电图疗效的评定。结果:治疗组80例,总有效率97.2%;对照组80例,总有效率86.1%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。两组心电图疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病临床疗效满意,临床症状及心电图状况均有明显改善,且无不良发应发生,值得临床推广。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of load dose of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods：160 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（80 cases） was given oral clopidogrel combined with aspirin.The control group（80 cases） was given oral aspirin alone.Both groups were treated for 1 month as 1 treatment course and the clinical efficacy and ECG were evaluated after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group 86.1% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group.The effect of ECG in the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.ECG was improved after treatment,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion：Clopidogrel combined with aspirin has satisfactory clinical efficacy to treat CHD with significant improvement of clinical symptoms and ECG,and without adverse reactions,which is worth to be popularized.
