仿酶处理后絮凝法深度处理造纸废水 被引量:2

摘要 采用铁系仿酶Fe-多元羧酸复合物(简称Fe-CA)预处理二沉池出水,然后分别用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、Al2(SO4)3、PAC三种絮凝剂进行絮凝处理。通过检测废水的COD、色度和TOC等指标,发现PFS的效果最佳。确定最优条件为:废水pH值6~7,PFS的投放量为200mg/L,PAM用量2mg/L,沉降时间3h。最终出水COD可降至80mg/L,色度为30倍,TOC降低至20mg/L。达到了《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)的排放要求。铁系絮凝剂PFS用于造纸废水深度处理效率高、成本低、绿色环保,具有很好的应用前景。 In this study, Fe-polycarboxylic acid biomimetic complexes (Fe-CA) was used to pretreat the effluent water in secondary clarification pond, and then the water was flocculated by polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS), A12(SO4)3 and PAC respectively. By detecting the CODcr, colority and TOC, it was found that the PFS can reach the best effect, and the optimal condition of the wastewater treatment are as follows: pH at about 6-7, 200mg/L ofPFS, 2mg/L of PAM and sedimentation time 3h. At these conditions, the ultimate CODcr was 80rag/L, colority was 30times and TOC was 20 mg/L, which can meet the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry (GB3544-2008). The PFS is of high efficiency, low cost, and friendly environmental, it will be widely used in advanced treatment of paper mill wastewater.
