摘要
针对MG750-1915型电牵引采煤机截割部中行星减速轮系,在分析其结构特性及工作原理的基础上,建立了行星减速轮系三维模型,并将之导入ANSYS软件,对其中太阳轮的应力及模态进行了有限元分析,得到了太阳轮应力分布及前20阶固有频率及前6阶模态振型,并根据验证结果对零部件的改进设计、维护提出了合理的意见,为其结构动态设计及故障诊断提供了一定的依据。
According to the component functions of cutting structure in MG750-1915 electric traction shearer,the mechanism theory of planetary reducer has been analyzed.The 3-D model of planetary reducer has been gotten and put into ANSYS.By the stress and mode analysis of the sun gear,the first twenty frequencies and the corresponding modes can be obtained.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the optimized design and maintenance of the mechanical structures have been suggested and the appropriate basis of dynamic design and fault diagnosis has been established.
