摘要
首先分析了浮动油封的受力情况,然后从橡胶类的材料特征和理论模型入手,借助Solid edge、ANSYS Workbench软件,利用虚拟样机技术对浮动油封进行了有限元仿真分析。得到相应云图和关系曲线,并对此加以详尽分析,得出了有价值结论。
The Force was first analyzed,and then from the rubber＇s material characteristics and theoretical model,with the help of Solid edge,ANSYS Workbench software,simulation analysis was done for floating seals by using virtual prototype technology and FEM,get some color image of floating seals force.And made concrete analysis on the color figs obtained valuable conclusions.
