摘要
当今,就业歧视越来越成为人们关注的焦点,尤其是新建本科院校女大学生面临严重的统计性歧视。本文基于贝克尔歧视理论,认为新建本科院校女大学生就业统计性歧视分别表现为"同酬不同工"和"同工不同酬",并从新建本科院校和女大学生两个角度提出相应的对策建议。
Nowadays much attention have been paid to the employment discrimination,especially when it comes to serious employment statistical discrimination facing the female college students of newly-founded colleges.Base on Becker's discrimination theory,it is considered that employment statistical discrimination are embodied by "the same payment for different jobs" and "different payments for the same job".The paper puts forward some related suggestions from the angles of newly-founded colleges and female college students.
