727例急性肺栓塞患者发病与季节变化关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 急性肺栓塞(APE)是一种临床常见的心血管急症。许多心血管急症如急性心肌梗死(AMI)、主动脉夹层、卒中和心源性猝死等的发生存在着季节变化节律,然而APE的发生是否与季节变化相关尚存在争议。通过回顾分析本院急诊科近16年来收治APE患者的发病季节特点,以明确APE的发生是否存在季节变化节律,报告如下。
