大孔径顺层长钻孔消突技术在潘一矿的应用 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了大孔径顺层长钻孔消突技术的原理,以潘一矿2371(1)工作面为试验地点,通过测定瓦斯含量、瓦斯预抽率、预测指标和掘进速度等指标,考察了大孔径顺层长钻孔消突技术的预抽放效果和消突效果。应用结果表明:实施大孔径顺层长钻孔消突技术后日常预测和效果检验指标均无超标,瓦斯预抽率在30%以上,残存瓦斯含量4.35~5.05 m3/t,验证无超标,月进尺在94~120 m,实现了突出煤层安全快速掘进与高效回采。 The paper introduced the principle of the outburst elimination technology with a large diameter and long borehole drilled along the seam.Taking the No.2371(1) coal mining face in Panyi Mine as the experiment location,the measured gas content,the gas drainage rate,the predicted index,the gateway driving speed and other index were applied to investigate the gas pre-drainage effect and the outburst elimination effect of the outburst elimination technology with the large diameters and long borehole drilled along the seam.The application results showed that after the outburst elimination technology with the large diameters and long borehole drilled along the seam conducted,there would be no over limits occurred in the daily prediction and the effect inspection index,the gas pre-drainage rate would be over 30% and the residual gas content would be 4.35~5.05 m3/t.No over limits were occurred.The month advanced rate of the gateway driving was 94~120 m.Thus the safety rapid driving and high efficient mining could be made in the outburst seam.
