腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术解剖概要

摘要 对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术而言，共性的关键技术包括：合理的入路并维持正确的外科平面（筋膜间隙等）；认识并利用解剖标志；根部解剖走行在系膜中的血管并清扫淋巴；保护神经、输尿管等毗邻器官组织。本文概述腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的一些关键技术的解剖基础。
