64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像及颈动脉超声联合诊断冠心病的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价64层螺旋CT及颈动脉超声联合诊断冠心病的效果。方法 98例临床诊断或可疑冠心病患者行64层螺旋CT心电门控平扫及增强扫描及行颈动脉超声检查联合诊断冠心病,并以冠状动脉造影结果作为对照。观察64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像(CTA)及颈动脉超声联合检查诊断冠心病的准确性、敏感性、特异性。结果 64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像和颈动脉超声联合诊断冠心病的敏感性为94.5%,特异性为72.7%,准确性为91.0%。结论 64层螺旋CT检查是一种无创、快捷的冠状动脉血管检查方法,联合颈动脉超声,对冠心病的诊断有较高的准确性。
