摘要
根据青岛海湾大桥青岛端接线工程桥梁第十三合同段设计图纸和工程实际情况,从地质情况、实用性、安全性、经济性和工期保证等多个方面考虑,箱梁采用满堂支架法现浇施工。当新桥设计跨越既有桥梁时,既有桥梁设计时和现在的规范荷载不同,以既有桥梁作为支承进行新桥的混凝土现场浇筑作业,既有桥梁的承载力如何确定成为难题。通过理论计算确定施工时旧桥墩柱承载力和桩基承载力,验算了旧桥墩柱和桩基的稳定性,保证了桥梁施工的安全性和可靠性。为其它类似桥梁的施工设计提供了理论计算依据。
According to the design drawings and the practical situation of the thirteenth contracted section of the Terminal Line Project of the Qingdao Bay Bridge Project,and with the geological conditions, the availability, security,economy and construction time limits taken into account, the construction method of cast-in-situ houseful support is applied to the construction of the cast-in-place box girder. Since the new bridge is going to cross the existing bridge, the designed bearing capacity of the existing bridge is different from that of the new one,and if the existing bridge is now going to be used as the new bridge's concrete support for the field placement work, how to determine the bearing capacity of the existing bridge may be difficult. Through theo- retical calculations to determine the bearing capacity during construction of the old piers and pile foundation columns, the stability of the old piers and the pile foundation columns is checked in the paper to ensure the safety and reliability of the bridge construction. The project provides a theoretical computation basis for the design and construction of other similar bridges.
