含凹痕缺陷管道的有限元分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对含有凹痕缺陷的管道应力分布进行了研究,建立了压力管道有限元模型.研究基于VON M ISES准则,分析了凹痕对管道应力值的影响。本文结合现场实际对数学模拟进行了数值计算,在不考虑管道运行范围的前提下,研究了凹痕对压力管道的疲劳寿命影响的主要因素,并对施工及管理现场提供理论指导及解决方案。 The finite element analytical software ANSYS is used to study pipe’s stress distribution defects containing a kind of dent, then the finite element model of the pressure pipe is established. the dent’s impact of stress on the pipeline is analyzed in the paper. based on the criterion VON MISES, the mathematical simulation of the actual site has been calculated, then the main factors of dent’s effect on pipeline fatigue and its life are obtained without considering the pipeline opration scope, and on-site theoretical guidance and solutions for construction and management are provided in the end.
