摘要
目的:评价腹针、传统针刺与艾箱灸、推拿配合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将104例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用腹针配合艾箱灸、推拿治疗,对照组采用传统针刺代替腹针,其他治疗与治疗组相同,治疗前后进行测评并对其测评结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前2组无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组总有效率、腰椎疾患综合评分(JOA评分)分值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组腰椎功能改善优于对照组。结论:腹针配合艾箱灸、推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation with abdominal acupuncture,traditional acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage.Method：104 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture,traditional acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage and the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture instead of abdominal acupuncture and other treatments were same to the treatment group,evaluated the situation before and after treatment and did comparative analysis of the evaluation results.Result：There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment（P0.05）,the scores of the total efficiency and lumbar spine disorders composite scoring standard score（JOA score） had significant difference between two group after treatment（P0.01）,the treatment group were superior than the control group in improving lumbar function.Conclusion：Treating lumbar disc herniation with abdominal acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage has better clinical efficacy.
