摘要
廖志峰主任医师认为咳嗽变异性哮喘病位在气道,虽病因、病机复杂,但多与感受风燥之邪有关,在治疗过程中应强调因人、因时、因地制宜的辨证施治原则。在病变早期宜以沙美特罗、氟替卡联合桑叶、杏仁、淡豆豉、蝉蜕、北沙参、浙贝母、牛蒡子、麻黄等中药治疗。
