摘要
了解我院门诊处方的现状,客观评价我院处方存在差错的原因。对处方中存在差错的原因、特点、类型、根源进行分析。目的是促进合理用药,优化药物的治疗效果,符合《处方管理办法》的要求。
To understand the status of hospital outpatient prescriptions,there is an objective evaluation of hospital prescribing errors reasons.Prescription errors exist the causes,characteristics,types,causes were analyzed.The objective is to promote rational drug use,optimization of drug treatment,consistent with ＂Prescription Management＂ requirements.
