摘要
作为一种新型的评价制度,综合素质评价适应了时代发展的需要,体现了素质教育和新课改的理念。但根据可公开查询的26个省市高中综合素质评价方案分析可以发现,各省市在评价内容、评价原则、评价主体及评价结果运用方面表现出高度的相似。然而,任何一种制度,如果过于强调统一性,就必然会忽视地区、个性的差异,会加剧教育不公平,甚至会淡化学校特色。因而,真正贯彻好这项制度,就需要更新评价理念、制定合理弹性的评价内容和制度,还需要注意评价结果与高考关系的平衡把握度,同时应鼓励各地大胆尝试创新。
As a new evaluation system, the overall quality appraisal adapt to the needs of the development of The Times, embodying the quality education and curriculum concept. But according to 26 provinces and cities publicly available inquires high comprehensive quality evaluation scheme analysis, found in various provinces in evaluating contents, principle of evaluation, evaluation body and evaluation results using aspect shows a high degree of similarity. However, a kind of any system, if put too much emphasis on u- nity, is the inevitable result of neglect area, personality differences, exacerbate education unfair, even can desalt school characteristic. Therefore, real implementation good this system, implementating this system well it needs to update evaluation idea, formulate rational evaluation content and system of elasticity, but also pay attention to the evaluation results and the balance of the university entrance exam relationship grasp.
