摘要
注蒸汽热力采油是目前开采稠油油藏最有效的技术。对于水敏性稠油油藏,在注蒸汽热采过程中,距离井底附近一定距离处蒸汽会变为热水,所以容易发生粘土膨胀造成产能大大降低。应用粘土防膨剂是减轻此类储层伤害的一种方法。以G区块的岩心为例,通过室内试验研究了常温防膨剂和高温防膨剂在不同浓度下的防膨效果以及高温防膨剂在不同温度下的防膨效果。试验结果表明,高温粘土防膨剂可以更有效地抑制粘土膨胀,而且在高温下防膨效果会更好,从而筛选出适用于注蒸汽热采的粘土防膨剂。
A most effective method of heavy oil production throughout the world is thermal recovery using steam injection.In the process of steam injection,steam changing to hot water at a certain distance is away from the bottomhole.Clay swelling induces in water-sensitive heavy oil reservoirs.As a result,production would drop greatly.Application of anti-swelling agent may prevent the occurrence of clay expanding.Effect of two types of anti-swelling agent at different concentrations was analyzed through laboratory experiments.Meanwhile effect of high-temperature anti-swelling agent at different temperatures was researched.The result indicates that high-temperature anti-swelling agent is more likely to inhibit clay expanding.Moreover the results is better at higher temperature,thus proper anti-swelling agent for thermal recovery of heavy oil reservoir was screened out.
