摘要
以大型筒体锻造成形工艺为主要研究对象,将大型筒体在锻造过程中产生的端面缺陷、内表面缺陷、外表面缺陷、形状缺陷产生原因进行了分析。将生产实际、锻造工艺理论和有限元数值模拟技术相结合,提出合理的预防措施及解决方法,为筒体锻件工艺优化及质量提高起到积极的作用。
The defects of eroding face, internal face, external face and shape defects were analyzed respectively for the forging process of heavy cylinder forging. Combining the forging theory, finite element numerical simulation with the production practice, the preventive measures and solution have been presented in order to optimize the forging process and improve quality of heavy cylinder forgings.
