摘要
铝合金诱导轮本体为双层轮状铸件,技术及质量要求高。该铸件材质为ZL205A,其铸造工艺性较差,给生产试制增加了较大的难度。在对铸件结构、技术要求及材质的工艺性能进行了分析之后,确定了特殊的浇注系统,对关键部位采取了相应的工艺措施。试制结果证明整体铸造工艺是可行的,能够确保铸件的质量及技术要求。
ZL205A aluminum alloy inducer body is double wheel-shaped casting with high technical and quality re- quirements. The casting property of ZL205 alloy is poor so that the trial production of casting is more difficult. Based on analyzing the structure, technical requirements and technological properties of casting, the specific pouring system has been determined, and the corresponding technological measures have been taken for key position. The results shows that the casting process,is feasible, it can ensure the casting quality and technical requirements.
