摘要 阐述了直接驱动阀(DDV)作动器的工作原理与特点,提出了以DSP和FPGA为管理核心的多闭环控制系统,确立模拟实时闭环控制并以数字监控管理的伺服控制方案,建立作动器仿真模型,确定了回路参数。结合工程实践,对关键功能电路进行阐述;分析了数字系统功能单元,并给出了软件管理流程图,最后给出了原理样机的试验结果。 The principle and characteristics of direct drive value(DDV) actuator is expatiated,a multiply closed loop control system scheme based on DSP and FPGA is offerd.The closed loops is realized by analog circuit which is real-time and the digital circuit work as monitor or processor.The appropriate parameters selected by emulating make sure that the system is superperformance.Some of circuit is emphasized which is crucial in project.Then show the software flowchart which digital system work.The experimental results of the servo system are completed.
