一烧车间筛分室及成品系统粉尘治理实践

摘要 一烧车间成品系统由于所对应的2台65 m2电除尘器,不能够满足烧结机产能增加后的除尘要求,导致目前成品系统筛分室环境较差。针对这一情况车间不等不靠,积极主动地寻求解决办法。在成本压力大,资金紧张的情况下,以现有设备为立足点,通过科学的分析论证,在管理、管道布置及除尘点优化等方面采取了一系列措施。使筛分室的工作环境得到了极大的改善。 The two 65 m2 electrostatic precipitators corresponding to the finished product system in No.1 Sintering Workshop can not meet the dedusting requirements for increased production capacity of sintering machines.As a result,the environment of sieve compartment is worse and we are actively looking for the solutions.With the situation of great cost pressure and financial strain as well as the existing equipment,some measures for management,piping layout and optimizing dust collection points are adopted with scientific analytic demonstrations,with which the working environment of sieve compartment has been greatly improved.
