摘要
建立了高海拔条件下柴油发动机富氧进气燃烧排气氧气体积分数与进气氧气体积分数关系的模型,对海拔2 000,3 000和4 000 m处不同转速时发动机富氧进气的燃烧状况和富氧经济性进行研究。结果表明:模型预测结果与试验结果吻合较好,当发动机正常进气过量空气系数α〈1.2时,富氧进气改善发动机燃烧状况的效果明显。发动机富氧进气的富氧经济区域出现在高海拔和低转速范围。
On the basis of founding the relationship model of the volume fraction of both emission and intake oxygen of diesel engine using oxygen-enriched intake air at high altitudes,both combustion status and oxygen economy of such engine at different rotation speeds are studied at the altitudes of 2 000 m,3 000 m and 4 000 m,respectively.The results show that the simulational result accords well with the test one.The combustion of diesel engine using oxygen-enriched intake air is improved markedly when the excess air ratio of normal air-intake is lower than 1.2.The economical extent of diesel engine using oxygen-enriched intake air is discovered at high altitudes and low rotation speeds.
