摘要
传统方法在计算起重机工作过程中系统惯性力或载荷摆动臂架系统的冲击存在一定的局限性,利用Adams和Ansys软件建立55 t汽车起重机柔性臂架系统,并使用Adams软件对其在突然卸载、带载变幅和带载回转等工况进行仿真分析,得到臂架系统应力及振动情况,为臂架系统和液压控制系统的设计提供依据。
The traditional method has some limitations on calculating the system inertia force or the impact of the load swing boom system during working of the crane.In response to it,the paper establishes a 55 t truck crane flexible boom system with ADAMS and Ansys software,and applies simulation analysis to working conditions like sudden unloading,luffing with load,turning around with load using the ADAMS software,acquiring the stress of the boom system and the vibration situation.It provide a basis for the design of the boom system and the hydraulic control system.
