枸杞干果中磷化氢残留量的检测方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法检测枸杞干果中磷化氢残留含量,样品通过顶空萃取后,以保留时间定性,多点外标法定量。结果表明,磷化氢含量在2.5~25.0 ng/mL,峰面积与待测物浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.996 4);添加两个浓度10.0ng/mL和5.0 ng/mL时的平均加标回收率分别为94.65%和93.50%;RSD为1.81%。根据样品检测限量可达到0.001μg/g,此方法可作为枸杞干果中磷化氢残留量的检测方法。 Phosphine residues in the content of wolfberry dry fruit were determined by capillary gas chromatography.Samples after headspace extraction were kept to retain the qualitative time and calculate by external standard method.The results showed that phosphine content was 2.5~25.0 ng/mL,there was a good linear relation between peak area and analyte concentration;The average recoveries were 94.65% and 93.50% respectively with addition of 10.0ng/mL and 5.0 ng/mL,RSD was 1.81%.The detection limit of samples for detecting can reach 0.001 μg/g,which can be used as wolfberry dry fruit phosphine residue determination.
