摘要
以北虫草发酵液中甘氨酸含量为研究对象，拟建立柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法快速检测北虫草发酵液中氨基酸含量。通过回收率与重复性验证试验表明，当甘氨酸衍生化的取样范围为0．25～2．00mg／mL，线性相关系数为0．9992，表明此方法可行，数据准确，操作简单快捷，可用于北虫草工业化生产中氨基酸含量的快速检测。
Taking the glycine of fermentation liquor as research subject, the column derivatization RP-HPLC method for rapid detection of amino acids Cordyceps in fermentation broth was established. Verified by recovery and repeatability tests, the results showed that when the sampling range of glycine derivative was 0.25-2.00 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, indicating this method was feasible, accurate and easy to operate, could be used for the rapid detection of amino acids in industrial production of Cordyceps.
