摘要
村干部的角色研究是社会学许久以来的一个重要议题。对村干部角色的研究主要有"国家—社会"视角和"村干部角色"视角,本文梳理了两种视角下的村干部角色,认为,既有的研究理论,对村治问题有很重要的指导意义,但在研究的视角方面,依然有进一步延拓的空间。
The study on the role of village cadres has been an important issue since a long time ago. There are two major perspectives on the study of village cadres＇ role, ＂country and society＂ and village cadres＇ role. The paper analyses village cadres＇ role from both views believing previous study theory has great instructive meaning on village management problems, however, for the study perspectives, there are still some further space to advance.
