摘要
为了探讨应对方式与主观幸福感在身体锻炼促进心理健康的中介作用,采用自然实验、心理测量、数理统计等研究方法,对106名大学女生进行健美操运动干预。结果表明:身体锻炼对心理健康的焦虑、社会攻击、性心理障碍产生直接效应;应对方式与主观幸福感的共同中介效应不显著;身体锻炼通过主观幸福感影响心理健康的路径模型比较显著。结论:身体锻炼是一种积极的应对方式;身体锻炼的持续时间可以直接降低焦虑、性心理障碍,身体锻炼的强度可以直接降低社会攻击、性心理障碍;身体锻炼强度和持续时间分别通过主观幸福感对焦虑、社会攻击、性心理障碍产生间接作用。
In order to explore coping styles and subjective well--being in exercise to promote men- tal health intermediary role, using research methods of natural experiments, psychological meas- urement and statistics, the author has 207 of female college students for aerobics exercise intervention. Results: exercise on mental health dimensions of anxiety, social attack, sexual and psychological barriers has a direct effect. Coping styles and subjective well--being in common intermediary effects are not significantly. The path model of Physical exercise through subjective well --being affecting mental health is relatively significant. Conclusion: exercise is a positive coping style. Exercise duration can directly reduce mental health dimensions of anxiety, sexual and psychological barriers. The intensity of exercise can directly reduce the mental health dimensions of social attack, sexual and psychological barriers. Intensity and duration of exercise are produced the indirect effect through the subjective well--being.
