The public library＇s basic service is the important part of public culture service system. Guizhou digital library played a good function of guiding society, educating people and promoting development in the culture construction sufficiently. It has revealed the public library＇s social value in the realizing share resource, promoting the building of a learning society, developing universal service, transmitting advanced culture, improving the quality of citizens, accelerating harmonious society and so on.
