综述了护士院内培训的常用方法,即分层管理、一对一导师带教法、戴明循环(PDCA循环)法、情景模拟等。
It reviewed common methods for training nurses inside hospitals including hierarchical management, one to- one tutorial system, PDCA cycling,and scene simulation and so on.
