摘要
抗结核药物可导致药物性肝损害,而肝脏损害又会影响结核病患者的抗结核规范化治疗。因此,了解抗结核药物对肝脏的影响,早期发现肝脏损害并及时处理,对肝功能的恢复及抗结核治疗的成功具有重要意义。本文简要介绍抗结核药物对肝脏的影响及其在肝病患者中的应用。
Anti-tuberculosis drugs can lead to drug-induced liver injury, and liver injury may influence the treatment of tuberculosis. Therefore, the earlier diagnosis of liver injury is important for restoring liver function and completing the treatment. This review introduces the effect of anti-tuberculosis drugs on liver and their application in the patients with liver diseases.
