摘要
目的研究菇精蛋白多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法清洁级ICR小鼠60只,随机分成低、中、高、溶剂对照和模型对照组,三个剂量组动物每日经口灌胃给予受试物,溶剂对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,于实验第30 d模型组及各剂量组动物按0.01 ml/g.bw一次灌胃给予CCl4染毒,溶剂对照组给予玉米油,24 h后取血测定ALT、AST,取肝脏进行组织病理学检查。结果各剂量组均能抑制血清ALT、AST值的升高,减轻肝组织的病理损伤。结论菇精蛋白多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To explore the protective effect of proteoglycan from mushroom on mice with acute liver injury induced by CCl4.Methods Sixty ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups,including solvent control group,model control group and three experiment groups(high-,middle-and low-dose).The experimental material was given to three experiment groups by gavage every day for 30 days.Distilled water was given to solvent control group and model control group.30 days later,solvent control group was given corn oil and other groups were given CCl4(0.01 ml/g.bw) once by gavage.24 hours later,blood was taken for measuring ALT and AST.Liver tissue was taken for pathology examination.Results Compared with model control group,the contents of ALT and AST in the sera of the three doses groups were significantly decreased,and the pathological changes of liver tissue were improved.Conclusions Proteoglycan from leuthionine has protective effects on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
