新生儿败血症的病原菌临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过分析重庆市妇幼保健院70例新生儿败血症的致病菌种类及致病菌药敏试验,明确该院新生儿败血症主要的致病菌及有效抗生素,为有效治疗新生儿败血症提供有力指导。方法回顾性分析重庆市妇幼保健院确诊为新生儿败血症患儿的血培养及体外致病菌药敏试验结果。结果金黄色葡萄球菌28株(40.0%),大肠埃希茵16株(22.9%),表皮葡萄球菌12株(17.1%),腐生葡萄球菌8株(11.4%),草绿色链球菌4株(5.8%),肠球菌2株(2.8%)。金黄色葡萄球菌对苯唑西林敏感(96.4%),大肠埃希菌对头孢噻肟敏感(87.5%),表皮葡萄球菌对环丙沙星敏感(75.0%),腐生葡萄球菌对万古霉素敏感(87.5%),草绿色链球菌对青霉素敏感(100.0%),肠球菌对多西环素敏感(100.0%)。结论葡萄球菌属是新生儿败血症的主要致病菌,尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌,但其对苯唑西林治疗较为敏感。大肠埃希菌也是导致新生儿败血症的主要致病菌,对头孢噻肟治疗敏感。 Objective To identify the main pathogen which induces neonatal sepsis and the effective antibiotics through analyzing the pathogens and drug sensitive tests of 70 cases of neonatal sepsis in Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and to provide the guidance for effectively curing neonatal sepsis.Methods The results of blood culture of 70 cases of neonatal sepsis diagnosed in Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Culturing blood samples showed 28 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(40.0%),16 strains of Escherichia coli(22.9%),12 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis(17.1%),8 strains of Staphylococcus saprophyticus(11.4%),4 strains of Streptococcus viridans(5.8%),and 2 strains of Enterococcus(2.8%).Drug sensitive test showed that Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to oxacillin(96.4%),Escherichia coli was sensitive to cefotaxime(87.5%),Staphylococcus epidermidis was sensitive to ciprofloxacin(75.0%),Staphylococcus saprophyticus was sensitive to vancomycin(87.5%),Streptococcus viridians was sensitive to penicillin(100.0%),Enterococcus was sensitive to doxycycline(100.0%).Conclusions Staphylococcus is the main pathogen inducing neonatal sepsis,especially Staphylococcus aureus,but it is sensitive to oxacillin.Escherichia coli is another main pathogen inducing this disease and it is sensitive to cefotaxime.
