摘要
鉴于电子病历的患者隐私权保障问题,文章对《电子病历基本规范(试行)》的相关规定进行了探讨,以促进患者隐私权得到更充分的保障。
As for the protection of the patients＇privacy in electronic medical record, the paper emphasized the special provi- sions of General Regulations of the Electronic Medical Record （ try line ） in order to promote full guarantee of the patients^privacy.
