摘要
运用奶酪原理对"误输过期药"事件进行分析,提出疏于管理、未认真查对和侥幸心理是医疗安全的大忌;恪守规章制度是减少失误和差错、促进医疗安全的保障。
Based on the principle of cheese, expired drug misuse event was analyzed. The paper proposed that it is abided by rules for medical safety to made poor management, to careless check, and with chances psychology; meanwhile, regulations is a beneficial protection to reduce mistakes and errors, and to improve medical safety.
