抗原的加工和提呈在适应免疫应答过程中发挥着中枢作用,是淋巴细胞活化、增生、发挥效应的始动环节,也是启动特异性免疫的关键步骤。病毒抗原肽提呈的过程包括病毒蛋白经胞质中的蛋白酶体降解成抗原多肽,
