IMA、cTnI和CK-MB联合检测在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、心肌钙蛋白(cTnI)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的早期诊断价值.方法:选择经确诊的80例ACS患者和76例正常对照组进行IMA、cTnI、CK-MB检测,并进行分析.结果:ACS患者血清IMA 、cTnI和CK-MB含量显著高于对照组.结论:联合检测血清IMA 、cTnI、CK-MB对急性冠脉综合征早期诊断有重要临床意义. Objective To disscuss the Clinical significance of IMA,cTnI and CK -MB United detection in early diagnosis of ACS. Methods The IMA,cTnI and CK - MB in 80 patients with ACS and another 76 examples with healthy physical examinations as contron group were detected and analyzed. Results Serum levels of IMA,cTnI and CK - MB were obviously higher than the normal contron group. Conclusion United detection of IMA,cTnI and CK - MB in the serum for the early diagnosis of ACS have important clinical significance.
