摘要
目的:探讨个体因素对颈椎旋提手法操作的影响。方法:在体实时测量朱立国主任医师对45例神经根型颈椎病患者施行旋提手法过程中的力学参数(预加载力、最大作用力、扳动力、扳动时间、最大加速度),分析患者个体因素(颈围、身高、体重、体重指数)与各力学参数的相关关系。结果:经多元线性回归分析,患者的体重指数与操作者的预加载力、最大作用力、扳动力有显著的相关性(P<0.01)。结论:体重指数是颈椎旋提手法操作的影响因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the influence of individual factors on the rotation-traction manipulation for the cervical spine.Methods: The mechanical parameters(pre-load force,maximum force,thrust force,flipping time,maximum acceleration) were analysised in the process of rotation-traction manipulation were taken in 45 cases who sufered from nerve root type cervical spondylosis by Zhu Liguo Chief Physician.The relationship between the individual patient factors(neck circumference,height,weight,body mass index) and the mechanical parameters were analysised.Results:There was relationship between the patient's body mass index and the operator's pre-loading force,maximum force,thrust force(P0.01),by the multiple linear regression analysis.Conclusion:BMI is one of the factors on the rotation-traction manipulation.
