摘要
针对水泥生产工艺的要求,设计了一套基于Profibus总线的PLC控制系统。该系统将PLC技术、DCS技术和现场总线技术有机地结合起来,结合工业控制网络和组态软件,实现了对水泥生产线的远程控制。介绍了系统的硬件结构设计以及各个部分的软件设计。现场运行证明,该系统运行稳定、可靠性高、操作方便、维护量小,具有很好的应用和推广价值。
In accordance with the requirement of production technics of cement, the programmable logic controller control system based on the Profibus technologyis designed and implemented,which combines with the technologies of PLC,DCS and Profibus and combines industrial control network and configuration software for the long-distance control to the cement product line.The design of hardware and software is introduced.The run on site shows that the system has features of stable running, high reliability, convenient operation,little maintenance and a high popularized function.
