摘要
随着旅游需求的多元化发展,旅游产品在开发上逐渐超越传统大众的旅游需求,更多地去关注旅游者的个性化、差异性的旅游需求。面对新型旅游消费,对体验式营销的相关概念和理论进行了阐述,提出开发体验式旅游产品建议,以满足体验经济时代的旅游消费需求。
With the diversification of tourism demand, tourism product goes gradually beyond the tourism requirements of mass in development, and it pays more attention to tourists' individual requirements. Facing new type of tourism consumption, it is the trend to develop experiential tourism products to meet the need of tourism consumption in experiential economy age. This paper analyzes the connotations and theories of experiential marketing.
